Biography

Kelley Walton is an Instructor for Ohio University's Department of Sports Administration. She teaches primarily in the Professional Masters of Sports Administration and Masters of Athletic Administration Programs. She recently published her first book, "Prepare for Opportunity: A Practical Guide for Applying for a Job in Sports." 

Kelley is also a Consultant, specializing in Career Consulting and Human Resources Consulting in the Sport Industry and an Adjunct Professor at Capital University. She practices law on a very part-time basis.

Kelley has a Bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communications from Eastern Michigan University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Capital University Law School. She has over ten years of experience working in professional sports and is the former Director of Human Resources for the Columbus Blue Jackets.
