This year, retailers targeted year-end marketing efforts to gain and retain customers through personalization in marketing, in-store experiences, and online purchasing. As the holiday retail season ends, College of Business expert Alexa Fox is available for interviews and comments concerning what worked--and what didn’t work--for retailers this holiday season.

Fox can provide expert insight into marketing results of the holiday season and upcoming marketing trends in 2016.
