Tis the season for holiday shopping--and readers are looking for articles and segments related to trends, predictions, and retail performance. In an increasingly mobile world with an overwhelming number of retail options, retailers are focusing on gaining and retaining customers through personalization in marketing, in-store experiences, and online purchasing. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Hiler conducted marketing research for Fortune 500 companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Pepperidge Farm, Hilton Worldwide, and Heinz. Hiler can offer expert insight on current retail trends, including marketing related to customer service, loyalty programs, hoverboards, and shopping trends parents should look for.
