Biography

My practitioner oriented research focuses on sell-side and buy-side equity analysts, asset management and investment banking divisions as well as corporate finance and governance of public firms. My work received University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School-WRDS Outstanding Paper in Empirical Research in 2014.  My papers have been published in several elite and distinguished finance, accounting, real estate journals, including The Journal of Finance, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Real Estate Research, and also got presented at numerous high ranked research institutions. My work also got presented at numerous high ranked research institutions as well as governance agencies including The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (The SEC) and The Federal Reserve Bank (The Fed) in Washington, DC and featured in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, CFA Digest, and The London School of Economics Business Review.
