Andrew Pueschel is the Associate Director of the Emerging Leaders program at the Robert D. Walter Center for Strategic Leadership.  A Lecturer of Management in the Management Department of the College of Business, he teaches Management within the Integrated Business Cluster, Introduction to Business, as well as Leadership in Practice.  With over 20 years of management, leadership, and marketing experience, Andrew has further developed his professional expertise with an academic foundation which includes Bachelor of Arts in Business Ethics and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon, a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz School, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Instructional Management from Robert Morris University.  Areas of focus include Leadership and Soft Skill Development, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture Change, Motivation, and Student Well Being.
