Luke Sayers brings industry experience to the programs housed within the Department of Sports Administration at Ohio University's College of Business. Most recently, Luke was the vice president of Huddle, a company that connects brands with hard to reach audiences. Huddle focuses on taking national marketing programs into neighborhoods, by aggregating affiliate groups on behalf of a brand like Wendy’s sponsorship of high school athletic tickets, or MoneyGram’s sponsorship of Cricket Clubs in the United States and Canada.
Prior to Huddle, Luke served as general manager for IMG where he managed corporate relationships for Ohio University, University of Akron, Kent State, Marshall Univerisity, University of Kentucky, Miami University, The University of Pittsburgh, University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green State University, Notre Dame, and The University of Toledo. During his time with the Ohio IMG Network he was responsible for growing corporate revenue by over $1,000,000 signing the two largest sponsorship agreements in Ohio's history. Luke brought in the first multiyear partnership to span more than three years, was named to the first class of the ISP STAR program, and won the Chairmans Cup in 2007.
Previously, Luke worked in various positions at Tennessee Technologcial University and Ohio University. Luke is a two time graduate of Oho University (BS 2000, MSA 2001) is married to Regina, and has two children Jacob (12) and Emma (9).
