Biography

Amy serves as the Assistant Director, Program Operations and Planning for the Walter Center for Strategic Leadership. Amy brought over 20 years of combined experience in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Business Development from the corporate and non-profit industries when she joined Ohio University. Amy is driven, creative, and practices an entrepreneurial leadership mindset in her approach to finding innovative solutions. Her passion lies in developing next generation leaders in higher education through instructional design and inspired solutions.

Prior to coming to Ohio University, Amy owned two start-ups, and was the Marketing Coordinator for Ludowici Roof Tile, the leading manufacturer of terra cotta products since 1888. There, Amy was responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for trade shows and events, national presence and growth, and a complete rebranding. 

Amy resides in Hemlock, Ohio with her husband, Jim and daughter, Kaley. Together they enjoy evenings by the pool, or getaways at the beach.
