Ohio University's College of Business launches Human Resources Management Certificate Program

HR Management Certificate allows students to explore professional opportunities in talent management, compensation & benefits, and more.

The Ohio University College of Business and Robert D. Walter Center for Strategic Leadership is now offering a Human Resources Management Certificate program for students of all majors looking to explore career paths and or develop skills in areas such as talent managment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, labor relations and more. 

Students enrolled in the program will gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR field and learn how to effectively improve the health of organizations. The curriculum incorporates team-based projects and assignments that will prepare students to meet strategic and operational objectives. 

OHIO students with an HR focus have progressed into internship and career opportunities with the skills needed to excel and lead. Our students shared their experiences.
