Forty years ago when the idea for an academic program built around sports administration came to fruition, one could hardly predict the level of complexity that the sports industry has become today. Our Center for Sports Administration brings students, scholars, and professionals together to provide hands-on learning experiences for students. Through events like The Darren Butler Sports Forum and our Annual Symposium, students learn from experts and through experiences.

Our undergraduate and graduate programs are accredited by the Commission on Sport Management Accreditation (COSMA), a specialized accrediting body that promotes and recognizes excellence in sport management education in colleges at the baccalaureate and graduate levels.
