We are selecting high potential freshmen and sophomores to join our leadership team.


  • Student in the College of Business
  • 3.4 GPA minimum
  • Freshman or sophomore status

The application process takes place during the spring semester and consists of two components. The first part is a written application that consists of essays, a resume, and one letter of recommendation that evaluates your leadership potential. If your application is selected, finalists will move on to the second component, comprised of individual and group interviews. Those invited into our program will join Select Leaders during the fall semester of the following academic year.
